During last Saturday’s EVOLVE 10 event at the Asylum (ECW) Arena, former ECW World Heavyweight Champion, Shane Douglas announced through a pre-recorded video message that “extreme wrestling” was coming back to Philadelphia.

Douglas plans to recruit former ECW stars along with up-and-comers for an event scheduled for April 28 at the Pennsylvania National Guard Armory.
